DIRECTOR OF NURSING Miles Community College is looking for a problem solver with management experience and strong human relation skills to serve as Director of Nursing.  This person will be responsible for maintaining a viable nursing program and faculty.  They must have strong oral and communication skills to present information to stakeholders and accrediting agencies, as well as work with healthcare facilities throughout the region to provide clinical lab experiences for students.  In addition, the Director of Nursing is responsible for recruitment and academic advising of nursing students.   The salary range is $60,000 to $65,000. Qualifications:  Master’s Degree in nursing from a nationally recognized program.  At least two years of experience in nursing practice, at least two years of experience in nursing education, and educational preparation or experience in curriculum development and administration. Full Time English Instructor Miles Community College is seeking English full time faculty to teach in areas including: Writing Composition, Literature, Religion/Cultural Courses, Philosophy, and Education. That portions of Lots 4 and 5 in block 34 of the Town, Now city of Miles City, Custer County, Montana, According to the original plat and survey of said town by the Northern Pacific Railroad Company, now on file and of record in the office of the county clerk and recorder in and for Custer County, Montana, described as follows:
Commencing at the northeasterly corner of said lot 5 in block 34 of the original townsite in Miles City, Custer County, Montana; Thence Running westerly along the southerly line of Orr Street, a distance of 84.0 feet; Thence proceeding southerly on a line parallel to North 6th Street, a distance of 57.0 feet; thence proceeding easterly on a line parallel to Orr Street, a distance of 84.0 feet to the westerly line of North 6th Street, thence proceeding northerly along the westerly line of North 6th Street, a distance of 57.0 feet back to the point of commencement.

Russell D Ameline, as Grantor, conveyed said real property to U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association., as Trustee, to secure an obligation owed to U.S. Bank National Association, as Beneficiary, by Deed of Trust on August 2, 2013, and recorded on September 12, 2013 as Document No.  158584.
The beneficial interest is currently held by U.S. Bank National Association. First American Title Company of Montana, Inc., is the Successor Trustee pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Custer County, Montana.
The beneficiary has declared a default in the terms of said Deed of Trust by failing to make the monthly payments  beginning March 15, 2016, and each month subsequent, which monthly installments would have been applied on the principal and interest due on said obligation and other charges against the property or loan.  The total amount due on this obligation as of March 17, 2017  is $86,253.26 principal, interest totaling  $5,357.42, escrow advances of $3,505.67, plus accruing interest,  late charges, and other costs and fees that may be advanced.
The Beneficiary anticipates and may disburse such amounts as may be required to preserve and protect the property and for real property taxes that may become due or delinquent, unless such amounts of taxes are paid by the Grantors.  If such amounts are paid by the Beneficiary, the amounts or taxes will be added to the obligations secured by the Deed of Trust.  Other expenses to be charged against the proceeds of this sale include the Trustee's fees and attorney's fees, costs and expenses of the sale and late charges, if any.
Beneficiary has elected, and has directed the Trustee to sell the above described property to satisfy the obligation.
The sale is a public sale and any person, including the beneficiary, excepting only the Trustee, may bid at the sale.  The bid price must be paid immediately upon the close of bidding in cash or cash equivalents (valid money orders, certified checks or cashier’s checks).  The conveyance will be made by Trustee’s Deed without any representation or warranty, including warranty of Title, express or implied, as the sale is made strictly on an as-is, where-is basis, without limitation, the sale is being made subject to all existing conditions, if any, of lead paint, mold or other environmental or health hazards.  The sale purchaser shall be entitled to possession of the property on the 10th day following the sale.
The grantor, successor in interest to the grantor or any other person having an interest in the property, at any time prior to the trustee’s sale, may pay to the beneficiary or the successor in interest to the beneficiary the entire amount then due under the deed of trust and the obligation secured thereby (including costs and expenses actually incurred and attorney’s fees) other than such portion of the principal as would not then be due had no default occurred and thereby cure the default.
The scheduled Trustee’s Sale may be postponed by public proclamation up to 15 days for any reason, and in the event of a bankruptcy filing, the sale may be postponed by the trustee for up to 120 days by public proclamation at least every 30 days.

To Update Custer County Mitigation Plan PDM

Custer County Disaster & Emergency Services Is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to update Custer County’s Mitigation Plan (PDM) Plan in accordance with all of the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s current standards and requirements.  The PDM Plan is developed to fulfill federal, state and local hazard mitigation planning responsibilities; to promote pre and post disaster mitigation measures, short/long range strategies that minimize suffering, loss of life, and damage to property resulting from hazardous or potentially hazardous conditions to which citizens and institutions within Custer County are exposed; and to eliminate or minimize conditions which would have an undesirable impact on our citizens, the economy, environment and the well-being of Custer County.
Sealed proposals with two (2) hard copies must be received no later than Monday, the 1st of May, 2017 by 5 PM MST.
