Are you ready for some football? How about golf, cross-country, volleyball, dance and cheer?

If you answered ‘yes,’ you’re in luck. Custer County District High School athletes will return to the practice fields next week.

Golfers will be the first to see action, with the first day of practice set for Thursday at the Town and Country Club in Miles City.

The other Cowboy and Cowgirl teams will start work on Friday, Aug. 11, with the exception of the Dance team, which opens practice on Monday, Aug. 14.

A pre-season meeting for athletes and parents will be held Monday at 6 p.m. in the high school auditorium.
